PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING VOYAGE & SOAP LIMITED.

Terms of app and sites use: This terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our mobile app and sites as a guest or a registered user. Use of our app and sites includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our app and sites. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our app and site, as these will apply to your use of our app and sites. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.

By using our app and sites, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our app or sites.

OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our app and sites: Our Privacy Policy (found in separate page), which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our app and sites you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

INFORMATION ABOUT US

Voyage & Soap is an app and sites operated by Voyage & Soap Limited (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07963489 and have our registered office at 21 Rogers Mead, Hayling Island, Hampshire PO11 0PN. We are a limited company.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

CHANGES TO OUR APP AND SITES

We may update our app and sites from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However please note that any of the content on the app and site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our app or sites, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

ACCESSING OUR APP / SITES

Our app is made available to download free of charge. We reserve the right to monetise the app and sites in different ways at a later stage. We do not guarantee that our app / sites, or any content on the app and sites, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our app is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our app and sites without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our app or sites and the content on them is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our app and sites. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our app or sites through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

Our app and sites are directed to people residing in the United Kingdom who are over 16 years of age. We do not represent that content be available on or through our app or sites is appropriate or available in other locations. We may limit the availability of our app or any service or product described on our site to any person or geographic area at any time. If you choose to access our app or site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk. You must be over 16 years of age to download our app.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

If you choose, or are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated to us, at any time. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at dimple.sthankiya@voyageandsoap.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our app and sites, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. If you print out images of or content from our app or sites, you must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our app and sites must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content on our app and sites for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you print off, copy or download any part of our app or sites in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our app will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

The content on our app and sites is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our app and sites. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

We are not liable for death or personal injury arising from or related to use of our app or sites. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, indemnities, representations or other terms which may apply to our app and sites or any content on them, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, (including negligence), breach to statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: use of, inability to use, our app and site; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our app. If you are a business user, please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:

Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss of damage. If you are a consumer user, please note that we only provide our app and sites for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our app or sites for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, mobile phone(s), computer programmes, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our app and sites or to your downloading of any content on them, or any website linked to them.

We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our app and sites. Such links should not be interrupted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

UPLOADING CONTENT

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our app or sites you must comply with the content set out in our Acceptable Use Policy (below). You warrant that any such contributions does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty. Any content you upload to our app or sites will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You are required to grant us and other users of the app a limited licence to use, store and copy content that you have posted in the app and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our app or sites constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our app or sites.

We have the right to remove any posting you make on our app and sites. The views expressed by other users on our app or sites do not represent our views or values. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up the content you post on the app and sites. We do not guarantee that this content will always be available, or that it won’t be removed without notice.

VIRUSES

We do not guarantee that our app or sites will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our app. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our app or sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our app and sites, the server on which our app and sites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to our app and sites. You must not attack our app and sites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. In the event of you breaching this provision, your right to use our app will cease immediately. We will co-operate with relevant law enforcement authorities and may disclose your identity in doing so.

LINKING

You must not establish a link to our app and sites in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. If you wish to make use of any content on or site and app other than that set out above, please contact dimple.sthankiya@voyageandsoap.com.

THIRD PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES

Where our app and sites contains links to other sites and resources provided buy third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

APPLICABLE LAW

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also being proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

In order to protect the experience and safety of people who use Voyage & Soap, there are some limitations on the type of content and behaviour that we allow. All users must adhere to the policies set forth in this policy. Failure to do so may result in the temporary locking and/or permanent suspension of account(s).

Please note that we may need to change these rules from time to time and reserve the right to do so. The most current version will always be available here.

(a) Content Boundaries and Use of Voyage & Soap: There are some limitations on the type of content that can be published with Voyage & Soap

(b) Copyright: We will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement. Our copyright procedures are set forth in our Terms & Conditions.

(c) Content: You may not use sexually explicit, violent or offensive wording in your posts. Voyage & Soap may allow some forms of adult content but We may ask you to remove the content, or remove it ourselves. You should never give advice to others in a post, or take content in other people’s posts to be advice for yourself or others.

(d) Unlawful Use: You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

(e) Abusive Behaviour: We do not tolerate abusive comments about others. This includes posts that harass, intimidate or scare other people. Any accounts and related accounts engaging in the activities specified below may be temporarily locked.

(f) Violent threats: (direct or indirect): You may not make threats of violence or promote violence, including threatening or promoting terrorism.

(g) Harassment: You may not incite or engage in the targeted abuse or harassment of others.

(h) Hateful conduct: You may not promote violence against or directly attack to threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease. We also do not allow accounts whose primary purpose is inciting harm towards others on the basis of these categories.

(i) Multiple account abuse: Creating multiple accounts with overlapping uses or in order to evade the temporary or permanent suspension of a separate account is not allowed.

(j) Private information: You may not publish or post other people’s private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address, or Social Security/National Insurance numbers.

Accounts under investigation may be removed from search for quality. Voyage & Soap reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without further notice in the event that, in its judgement, you violate this acceptable use policy.
