We believe practicing mindfulness and meditation on a regular basis (even if it’s just 60 seconds a day) to be the most powerful way to heal your mind of anxiety and depression and the most effective tool with which to sharpen focus and hold yourself in the now.

Its impact on the physical body just can’t be understated, especially if you consider that it drives homeostasis (your relaxation response). Why is that important? Well, when stress hits, the body panics.

When pressures build, our relaxation response doesn’t always kick in as well as it might, which means we get suspended in a hyper state of arousal for longer than is healthy. This triggers a chain reaction that can accelerate ageing and makes us much more susceptible to disease.

Moreover, there’s plenty of research that suggests that meditation and mindfulness restructures the brain, it helps us to connect better with ourselves and those around us and is therefore crucial in maintaining healthy relationships. Best of all it allows us to tap into our intuition where you can create and take control of your own reality.

Due to recent trends, meditation has become trendy and pretty mainstream. That kind of works for us. We’d just like to make it even more accessible to those still harbouring reluctance about it. Regular practice of meditation and mindfulness transports us to a unique place that is both transformative and the antidote to stress and anxiety. One of our missions is to bring this energy, focus and confidence to as many people as possible, thereby introducing them to a happier, more peaceful way to live.

That’s why we’ve designed 24 downloadable, bite-sized audio and 10 visual guides (completely free of charge) to explore every day. Our research has shown us that it generally takes around 21 days to break a bad habit, 30 days to embrace a new one and 40 for conscious behaviour to evolve into subconscious behaviour. Just substituting your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram feeds with one of our mindfulness guides before you go to sleep for a minimum of 60 seconds will, we think, result in a tangible difference by day 40.
